On  December  31,  2013  Zambia  local  time,  NFC  Africa  Plc (NFCA),  a  subsidiary  of  CNMCL,  held  an  award-giving ceremony  at  the  training  school  in  its  mining  area  to  commend outstanding  Zambian  employees.
