On December 14, 2012 Zambia, the Chambishi Copper Mine West Ore Body Project of NFC Africa Mining Plc. (NFCA), a CNMCL enterprise in Zambia, smoothly passed the completion examination for acceptance by the expert team.

On November 2, 2012, NFC Africa Mining Plc (hereinafter referred to as NFCA), a joint venture between the Zambian and Chinese Government, situate in the Kalulushi District, in its social corporate responsibility, donated an anti-malaria fund to Kalulushi District Health Management Team through the office of the District Administrator – Ms. Joyce Nsamba, in which NFCA is operates. The ceremony was held at NFCA’s Central Control Building conference room on the second floor. On behalf of our company, NFCA Chief Executive Officer
Wang Chunlai presented a cheque of 30 million Kwacha (about 40,000 RMB) to Kalulushi Health Department.
Receiving the donation, Government officials namely Ms. Nsamba, the District Commissioner for Kalulushi District, His Worship Councilor Simpemba-mayor of Kalulushi, and Mr. Chilapala, representing the health department, attended the donation ceremony

On 18th November, 2012, CNMC and KunmingUniversity of Science and Technology (KUST) signed an enterprise-university full cooperation framework agreement in Zambia.
