On August 18, CNMC and Ivanhoe Mines signed a strategic partnership agreement in Beijing. Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Holding Group, Robert Frilander, Founder and Co-chairman of Ivanhoe Mines, and Sun Yufeng, Co-chairman, witnessed the signing and held talks between the two sides through cloud video. On July 15, Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Chairman of the Board of the Holding Group met with Sun Xueqing, Secretary General of the China-Africa Friendship Association (CAFA) and his delegation at the headquarters.
