On May 20, 2013, the Vice Chairman of the board, CEO Xinghu Tao conducted a research at CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines Plc (hereinafter referred to as: Luanshya) in Zambia.

At 9:00 on May 23, 2013, Xinghu Tao, the Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO, visited Chinese embassy in Congo-Kinshasa to meet Yingwu Wang, the Chinese ambassador in Congo-Kinshasa.

Presidents of Zambian National Union of Mining and Allied Workers (NUMAW), James Chansa , and of Mining Union of Zambia (MUZ), Chishimba Nkole visited our subsidiary company in Zambia-- CNMC Luanshya respectively on May 2nd and May 8th.

At 9:00 May 7, the Luanshya Municipal Government held a grand handover ceremony for the donated trade market of the Luanshya Copper Mines Plc (hereinafter called Luanshya).
