On August 2, 2013, accompanied by Zhang Keli, secretary of CPC Committee for CNMC, Chen Quanxun, consultant of the State Council and president of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association (CNMIA), and his party paid an investigating visit to CNMC Luanshya, an enterprise of CNMCL in Zambia.

NFCA, an enterprise of CNMCL in Zambia, has successfully carried out its 2013 “Safety Month” activities, which focus on “enhancing safety basis and promoting safety-based development.”

On June 26, 2013, Sino-Metals Leach Zambia Limited (SMLZ), a CNMCL enterprise in Zambia, held a ceremony for signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenyang Nonferrous Metals Research Institute (SNFRI). Leaders from both parties, including Xie Kaishou, DCEO of CNMCL and president of SMLZ, and Yin Wenxin, president of SNFRI, attended the signing ceremony.
