The third session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the third session of the 12th National People’s Congress (NPC) was opening successively on March 3 and March 5, 2015.With the care for people’s livelihood, the representatives and committee members of the sessions actively proposed valuable advices on the national economic and social development, which they take as their missions and obligations. Luo Tao, the NPC representative and the chairman of the Board of CNMCL, attended the both sessions of the NPC and CPPCC as a member of Heilongjiang delegation.
