CNMC Luanshya Muliashi Copper Leaching Plant made an overall and thoroughly overhaul and maintenance for the process system and equipment from September 6th to 27th .Through planning and preparation for months, it finaly completed the annual major overhaul tasks for 52 devices on September 27th , 2018, one week in advance local time. It gained time and laid a foundation for the annual production targets of completing 42,000 tons of cathode copper in the entire year of 2018.

On October 11, Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of the board of directors and President of holding group, met with Yang Baohua, President of China-Africa Development Fund, and her party. Both parties exchanged their opinions and reached extensive consensus on their cooperation. 

The 17th Western China International Fair (WCIF) was held grandly in Chengdu, Sichuan from September 20^th to 24^th,2018. On the opening ceremony, Hu Chunhua, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, read out the letter of congratulation made by H.E. Mr. Xi Jinping and made a keynote speech, and Peng Qinghua, Communist Party Chief of Sichuan Province and Wang Bingnan, Vice Minister of Commerce of PRC made a speech respectively. Luigi Di Maio, Italien Deputy Prime Minister and Rt. Hon. Mr. Nanda Bahadur Pun, Vice President of Nepal, both of who are the guests of honor of the 17^th Western China International Fair, made a keynote speech respectively. Xu Fushun, Deputy Director of SASAC and member of the SASAC Party Committee, attended the Belt and Road Countries (Regions) Business Cooperation and Development Conference, and delivered a keynote speech. 

On September 18, Holding Group signed strategic cooperation frame agreement with Dongfang Electric Corporation (Dongfang Electric Group for short) in Chengdu.
