On September 1, 2018, Chairman Wang Tongzhou met with Léonard She Okitundu, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs and Region Integration Minister of Democratic Republic of the Congo and his group at CNMC Building in Beijing, and both Parties made deep communication and achieved broad consensus on mutually concerned topics.

On August 29, 2018, Wang Tongzhou, chairman, Party secretary and general manager of CNMC, met with Okoto, Ambassador of Democratic Republic of the Congo to China, and both Parties made deep communication and achieved broad consensus on mutually concerned topics. 

On August 29, 2018, Wang Tongzhou, chairman, Party secretary and general manager of CNMC, met with ministerial delegation of Zambia in CNMC Building, and both Parties made deep communication and achieved broad consensus on mutually concerned topics. 

On September 1, 2018, Chairman Wang Tongzhou visited Lungu, President of Zambia at his hotel, who came to China to attend 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
