China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited Successfully Holds Annual Performance Exchange Meeting for 2021

On the afternoon of April 7, China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited organized the annual performance exchange meeting for 2021 in Beijing via a teleconference. Zhang Jinjun, Chairman and President of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited and Vice General Manager of China Nonferrous Group, along with Ma Jinping and Yang Dayong, Vice Presidents of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., Liu Xinghua, Chief Financial Officer, Sun Xiwen, Vice President, and Zhu Chaoran, Board Secretary, attended the meeting. Chairman Zhang Jinjun presented the company's performance for 2021 and engaged in a question-and-answer session with the investors along with the company's management team.

Chairman Zhang Jinjun pointed out that in 2021, despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the global economy not fully recovering, the company resolutely coordinated epidemic prevention and control with production and operation, made scientific decisions, organized deployments, and overcame difficulties. Through strengthening various management aspects, the company managed to overcome the impact of the pandemic, maintain stable production and operations, achieve year-on-year growth in all product outputs, smoothly launch new projects, and make historical highs in key financial indicators. These achievements were made possible by the hard work of both domestic and foreign employees and the strong support of all shareholders.

 

While achieving results in production and operations, the company also attached great importance to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) work, which included proress in aspects such as safety production, social responsibility, and talent development.

Significant Increase in Production Output for Each Product

During the teleconference, representatives from Minsheng Securities, GF Securities, Haitong Securities, Guosheng Securities, and other institutions actively asked questions, and the management team provided answers regarding the company's 14th Five-Year Plan, country risks, and product output, among other topics.
