Gangbov Mining has adopted the "Five Grasps and Five Guarantees" to define the objectives and refine the measures to ensure the overall progress of projects.

Grasped prevention and ensured safety. Gangpov Mining has always adhered to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost", practiced the concept of "people-oriented safe development", strengthened safety training and education, improved the safety network system, enhanced safety supervision, promoted safety supervision and hidden danger investigation at the project construction site, earnestly implement safety supervision on key links such as open-air mining and stripping, hoisting operations and tailings pond construction, ensure the safety of site operations, and maintain good results of accident-free safety production since the start of construction. In view of the fact that currently the global epidemic prevention and control has entered a status of "going with the epidemic", The Company adjusted the epidemic prevention and control level from "emergency" to "normal", adhered to the principle that the standard will not be lowered and the intensity will not be decrease, established the idea of normal epidemic resistance and long-term operations, formulated the epidemic prevention and control work plan under the new normal, integrated various prevention and control measures into every link of the project construction, built a solid firewall, and realized that there has been no aggregated epidemic since the outbreak of the Covid-19.

Grasped the progress and ensured the construction period. In view of the shortage of on-site personnel and the delay in the entry of equipment and materials, Gangbov Mining, while doing a good job in the allocation of engineering operators, coordinated the procurement of domestic materials and equipment, and made full use of the favorable opportunity before the rainy season to push forward the construction progress. On the one hand, the Company guided all employees to recognize the situation clearly, define the objectives, strengthen responsibilities, and unify their thoughts and actions to speed up the construction progress of the project; on the other hand, all departments and participating units of the project were required to keep a close eye on the target and the requirements of the time nodes in each stage, worked out practical detailed plans and quantitative measures, reversed the progress, adhered to the plan, and pushed forward vigorously. Each sub-item was not postponed, thus ensuring the overall progress of the project.

Grasped management and ensured compliance. Gangbov Mining carried out the "greater studies, greater discussions and greater practice" profoundly, guided all employees to establish the development concept of win-win cooperation, strengthened the construction of compliance control systems, took compliance performance as the basic criterion to guide the Company's daily operation and management, fully implemented the provisions and requirements of the Company's articles of association, joint venture agreements, supplementary agreements, local laws and regulations, tightened the system observance, and built a compliance fortress. The Company straightened out the major issues, key control nodes, institutional measures and means of the compliance management, generally covered the priorities of compliance management and risk prevention and control, controlled and dealt with issues, fill gaps, eliminate shortcomings, completed the tasks one by one, and laid the foundation for the smooth and healthy advancement of the Company.

Grasped the indexes and ensured the quality. While keeping a close eye on the construction progress of the main processes and key supporting processes, the Company further improved the work flow to ensure good technology and quality, urged the design institutes to complete the drawing design of the remaining projects as soon as possible, strengthened the drawing review process. The construction unit arranged the construction according to the drawings, the supervisor strengthened the whole process supervision and ensured the quality of the project construction. In addition, in combination with the exchange risks caused by the current devaluation of Congolese Franc, carefully studied the risk points, improved countermeasures, fully reduced the project investment cost, and ensured that the budget estimate was not exceeded.

Grasped standardization and practiced honesty. The Company has strictly followed the policies and regulations of the host country, China and enterprises, carried out all the requirements for honest employment, made full use of the e-commerce platform for material procurement tendering or inquiry procurement, especially in the fields of project subcontracting and equipment and material procurement, and resolutely put an end to corruption through market competition.
