NFCA gave prominence to work priorities and set up seven working groups for key tasks, for production system capacity improvement, system construction improvement and guarantees, production efficiency improvement, safety production management, technical support and quality assurance, refinement of cost control measures and implementation of production guarantee measures. Through further "refinement" of production planning, the balance of exploration and mining, the balancing of mining and refilling, and the balance of tertiary ore volume were achieved; bottlenecks in reaching standards and production demand were eliminated, the key problems such as single skip lifting in the lifting system were solved through intensified scientific and technical researches. By opening up the whole operation process of medium-deep hole construction in the north mining area, improving the construction of network, communication and video monitoring systems in the middle sections of 680,800, 980,1080, strengthening system integration and staff training, the Company strove to achieve a daily average mining volume of 10,000 tons/day, a lifting capacity of 12,000 tons/day, 100% surface ore volume treatment and the cost control targets one month in advance, so as to realize safe production.
