Affected by the Covid-19, Gangbov Mining, which was in the critical period of construction, was facing practical difficulties such as shortage of on-site personnel and delay of equipment and materials entering the site. In order to coordinate the prevention and control of the epidemic and the construction of the project, Gangbov Mining has adhered to the "four strictness", strengthened the work scheduling, fully organized and mobilized, effectively overcome the difficulties, ensured the smooth progress of various work, caught up with the progress of the project against the trend, and laid a solid foundation for early production.
Strict epidemic prevention and control. In view of the fact that the global epidemic prevention and control has entered the reality of "going with the epidemic", Gangbov Mining promptly adjusted the epidemic prevention and control level from "emergency" to "normal", adhered to the principle that the standard should not be lowered and the intensity should not be reduced, established the idea of normal epidemic resistance and long-term operations, formulated the epidemic prevention and control work plan under the new normal, integrated various prevention and control measures into every link of the project construction, and built a solid firewall. At the same time, overall consideration was given to the construction progress of the site project, the continuous working hours, physical health status, actual family difficulties, personal psychological status and job needs of the Chinese employees, and reasonable arrangements were made for the Chinese employees to return to China for vacation to ensure the physical and mental health of the employees.
Strict safety in production. Gangpov Mining has always adhered to the principle of "people-oriented safe development", practiced the concept of "active safety and intrinsic safety", strengthened safety publicity and education, improved the security network system, stepped up safety supervision, brought the participating units of the project construction into the scope of safety management, strengthened safety supervision and hidden danger investigation on the project construction site, earnestly implemented safety protection for dangerous links such as open-air stripping and hoisting operations, did a good job in safety prevention in advance for rainy seasons, and earnestly safeguarded the safety of lives and property of overseas employees.
Strict compliance management.
