CNMC Luanshya Muliashi Copper Leaching Plant made an overall and thoroughly overhaul and maintenance for the process system and equipment from September 6th to 27th .Through planning and preparation for months, it finaly completed the annual major overhaul tasks for 52 devices on September 27th , 2018, one week in advance local time. It gained time and laid a foundation for the annual production targets of completing 42,000 tons of cathode copper in the entire year of 2018.

The overhaul involved a large number of equipment, with a tight schedule; to this end, the management of Company made an early start for careful organization and scientific arrangement, so as to get well prepared and improve the schemes. Just arrived in August, the Company dealed with the visa applications and other early-stage preparations for 10 domestic technicians participating in annual major overhaul, and developed the Equipment Renovation, Transformation and Overhaul Plan in 2018 and two Supplementary Scheme, etc. The actual arrangement was well organized and implemented powerfully. The Company developed a detailed Schedule Planning with the target of "assigning the responsibilities to specific date, to specific person and to details", and strove to perform the production guarantee and overhaul synchronously carry on; therefore, the overhaul has not much affected the yield of cathode copper in September, which gained time, boost confidence and lay the foundation for the Company to complete the annual production tasks. During the period of overhaul, the team participating in the inspection were oftern busy working at site in daytime, collating and revising the work program at night, thus ensuring the smooth completion of overhaul effectively.
