On October 11, Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of the board of directors and President of holding group, met with Yang Baohua, President of China-Africa Development Fund, and her party. Both parties exchanged their opinions and reached extensive consensus on their cooperation. 

During their talks, Chairman Wang Tongzhou introduced the operating principles of focusing on industry, stressing on main business and specializing in professional and the international management concepts of making the mineral resource development and utilization, engineering contracting business and trade and relevant service stronger and larger and prioritizing the overseas business of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd (CNMC), especially including the details of China-Zambia Business Forum held successfully before the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Beijing Summit. He said that China-Africa Development Fund aims at constantly deepening China-Africa cooperation, which is highly consistent with the full implementation of the spirit of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Beijing Summit by China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd, so both parties have broad cooperation space. He also said that CNMC is willing to develop the extensive and intensive cooperation with China-Africa Development Fund to realize the win-win cooperation.

President Yang Baohua highly praised CNMC for its implementation of "Going Out" strategy and its outstanding performance obtained from actively participating in the construction of "One Belt One Road". Additionally, she also introduced the development idea of China-Africa Development Fund. She said that CNMC is the earliest enterprise to implement "Going Out" strategy in the field of Chinese nonferrous metals. CNMC goes in Africa for 20 years and has become the largest China-invested enterprise in Zambia to have the rich overseas business experience, top-ranking management team and professional skill advantages. Both parties have distinct business characteristics and highly consistent development concept and idea, so the cooperation of both parties will complement each other's advantages. Both parties are willing to develop extensive cooperation and realize joint development.

Before talks, president Yang Baohua and her party were accompanied by the chief accountant Wu Xiang of CNMC to visit the exhibition hall of CNMC.
