On the afternoon of June 28, 2018, the "CNMC 2018 Annual General Meeting" was successfully held in Beijing. Mr. Yan Diyong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting on the spot, and Chairman Tao Xinghu attended the meeting by telephone in Zambia. Representatives of shareholders, all directors, secretary of the Company, lawyers from Ribbeck Law, partners of Deloitte and Touche, representatives of CBN Shanghai and Computershare, etc. attended the meeting.

After all issues were reviewed, the annual performance of the Company in 2017 and the progress of ongoing projects were introduced to all shareholders and their questions were answered.
