CNMHH Held Lecture on Legal Knowledge

China Nonferrous Mining HongKong Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CNMHH"), which is affiliated to CNMCL, held special lecture on legal knowledge on June 18, 2018.
CNMHH invited the Lawyer Long Yanmei from Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm to explain the new Mining Act of Democratic Republic of Congo comprehensively and profoundly. The lecture also analyzed and exchanged the views on the actual problems encountered by CNMHH during its production and operations. By studying, the leaders and employees had a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the new Mining Act issued by Democratic Republic of Congo, which laid a solid foundation for the enterprise to further avoid risks and gain better development in Democratic Republic of Congo.
More than 30 cadres and employees, including the members of leading team from the holding company in Democratic Republic of Congo, all middle-level cadres as well as personnel from CNMC Huachin Mabende Mining SA and Huachin Metal Leach SA affiliated to CNMHH engaging in finance, marketing and administration attended the lecture.
