On January 8, 2018, the General Manager of CNMC Zhang Keli, the Chairman of the Board of Director Tao Xinghu held talks with the Chairman of Congo (DRC) National Mining Company Yuma. Both parties made in-depth exchange on the strengthening of cooperation and the topics of common concern, and reached a broad consensus.

The General Manager Zhang Keli expressed his welcome for the visiting of the Chairman Yuma, and he stated that, it had been so long for CNMC and Congo (DRC) National Mining Company to cooperate with each other, and now such cooperation has repaid satisfactory results under the concerted efforts of both parties. CNMC and Congo (DRC) National Mining Company were a community of shared interests, common development and responsibilities, and both parities shall treat each other equally and trade mutually, win together mutually and beneficially, co-construct and share, take the green path of sustainable development, and create a firm community with a common future. CNMC will, as always, be committed to promoting the development of the cooperative projects between the two parties, bring the China's Speed, the China's Quality and China's advanced technical management to Congo (DRC), and make active contributions to socio-economic development of Congo (DRC), benefit the local people so as to truly achieve the target of mutual benefit and win-win result. The General Manager Zhang Keli hoped that both parties could continue to strengthen the cooperation in a broader area, and make new and greater contributions to the development of the world mining industry jointly. 

The Chairman Yuma expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of the General Manager Zhang Keli, and felt confident for the investment and development of CNMC in Congo (DRC). He stated that, he would continue to support the development of CNMC in Congo (DRC) as always, and hoped that both parties can extend more in-depth cooperations in more areas.
