Recently, the Fourth Sustainable Competitiveness Annual Conference of Chinese Corporate, jointly organized by the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Chinese Institution of Business Administration, the Social Responsibility Promotion Center of China Federation of Industrial Economics, and the China Industrial Enterprise Social Responsibility Research Think-Tank, was held at the National Conference Center. With the theme "Corporate Social Responsibility + Promoting Innovation and Upgrading of Enterprises," the conference published the Public Transparency Report on Chinese Enterprises (2016-2017) and presented the annual Public Transparency Award. CNMC, the holding group of CNMCL, won the "Best Overseas Communication Practice Award" for its outstanding performance in social responsibility and public information disclosure and communication.

Since 2011, CNMC has released five social responsibility reports and three country-specific social responsibility reports. It has established the social responsibility concept of "releasing the value of resources and building social harmony." CNMC will take this award as an opportunity to continue to improve the work process of social responsibility, and present the performance of the responsibilities to its stakeholders more systematically and fully; to establish a "global responsibility concept" and a good corporate image, and continuously improve its international influence.
