On Zambian local time 10 April, 2016, Director of China Geological Survey and party member Mr. Zhong Ziran as well as his delegation paid a visit to NFC Africa Mining PLC (NFCA for short) funded in Zambia.

During the report meeting, Mr. Zhang Jinjun, vice president of the company and general manager of NFCA, as well as party member Mr. Zhang Donghong, first of all expressed their gratitude towards Ministry of Land and Resources in supporting strongly the efforts of geological prospecting and developing southeast mining areas. Meanwhile, they reported to Mr. Zhong Ziran and his delegation about the development history of NFCA, geological features of Chambishi copper mines, production & operation condition of main ore body & west ore body and moreover, southeast ore body work of exploration & construction respectively. In addition, vice president Mr. Wang Chunlai reported to Mr. Zhong Ziran and his delegation about company’s production and operation condition.

After debriefing, Mr. Zhong Ziran indicated that NFCA was a banner of Chinese invested companies going globally, setting a good example for mine enterprises. It was hoped that NFCA could continue to play a positive leading role. He noted that Ministry of Land and Resources would continue to give strong support to the enterprises that CNMCL invested in Zambia. And related companies could do the pioneering work and make even greater progress in overseas mineral resource exploration.

Also, Mr. Zhong Ziran and his delegation paid a field visit to NFCA mining production site and southeast ore body construction site.
