On 5th April, Chairman and President of Board of Directors Mr. Tao Xinghu, chaired an intercommunication meeting on advancing quality and efficiency for enterprises funded in Zambia, exchanging methods and experiences on fine management, and cost decreasing & benefit increasing of Chambishi copper smelting Co., Ltd. Board Director and Vice President Mr. Luo Xingeng made comments. Board Director and Vice President of enterprises funded in Zambia Mr. Wang Chunlai and Mr. Fan Wei, Vice President Mr. Zhang Jinjun, as well as people from related departments also attended the meeting.
Board Director and Vice President, as well as General Manager of Chambishi Copper Smelting Co., Ltd made an experience exchange speech on the topic of Facing the Difficulties to “Change Pattern” and Riding on the Waves to “Seek Development” so as to Complete the Annual Task on Production and Operation. He summarized the achievements in production & operation of Chambishi copper in the year of 2015, and introduced the primary target for production & operation, difficulties & challenges, working focus & measures, planning guidelines & deployment of 13th Five Year Plan, solidarity & cooperation as well as other aspects in the year of 2016. Executive Vice President of Chambishi Copper Smelting Co., Ltd, Mr. Li Rongting, shared his ideas in aspects of strengthening system management innovation, improving middle-level cadre cultivation, close attachment between production & operation and party branch activities and others.
Chairman Mr. Tao Xinghu fully confirmed this meeting in his speech. He pointed out that Chambishi Copper Smelting Co., Ltd had made great progress in group construction, working focus, problems solving, target and system setting as well as others, which was worthwhile to learn as reference by others. He put forward 5 points for further specific work in: constantly hosting similar events for collecting ideas on turning from loss to profit; further enhancing confidence in developing in Africa; keeping up learning to continuously level up managerial and administrative expertise; taking this meeting as an opportunity to clear up developing thoughts better; encouraging entrepreneurship passion and results-driven tenacity.
Board Director Mr. Luo Xingeng mentioned that Chambishi Copper Smelting Co., Ltd had made clear analysis in place, efficient measures and proper assessment, especially gave full play to production, operation and management for organization in each levels. It was hoped that enterprises funded in Zambia could learn and promote this pattern for even greater progress.
