CNMC, the holding group of our company, and Congo (DRC) National Mining Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Lubumbashi of Congo (DRC) on June 21, 2015. The General Manager and the Secretary of Party Committee of CNMC, Zhang Keli, who was investigating and surveying at the African enterprises funded by the Company, attended the ceremony and addressed, and the Deputy General Manager of CNMC and CEO of CNMCL, Tao Xinghu presided over the signing ceremony.

The Chairman of Congo National Mining Company Yongma stated in his speech that Congo (DRC) was rich in mineral resources, and wished that such outstanding enterprises like CNMC and CNMCL could expand their investment to promote the development of local economy and employment, and he also wished that both sides could develop deeper and broader cooperation at the signing ceremony,

The General Manager, Zhang Keli, also delivered a passionate speech, which fully affirmed the achievements of the cooperation in the past. He pointed out that,  the Congo National Mining Company was the most influential mining company in Congo (DRC), and the purpose of this signing was an important measure to strengthen the cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and a win-win solution, which would develop their own advantages further respectively in their areas so as to improve the core competence in their respective fields constantly, cooperate friendly, support each other mutually and develop together.

The General Manager, Zhang Keli also had friendly conversations with the Chairman of Congo National Mining Company Yongma on topics of common interest.

The General Manager of  Yunnan Copper (Group)  Co.,  Ltd Wu Jianqiang,  the General Manager of Sino-Metals Leach Zambia Limited funded by our Company Xie Kaishou, the General Manager of CCS Yang Xinguo, the General Manager of Congo National Mining Company Kamenka and the heads of relevant departments in CNMC participated in the signing ceremony.
