The office building in D.R.Congo has been rehabilitating and will soon be put into use which was bought by Sino-Metals Leach Zambia Limited(SMLZ), an enterprise of CNMCL in Zambia. The building will offer powerful support to CNMCL investment management in D.R.Congo.

SMLZ has made investment to establish the Likasi 10,000-ton Project to adopt the hydrometallurgical process to produce cathode copper of CNMC huachin Metals Leach S.P.R.L. in 2011 and the Mabende 20,000-ton Project to utilize the hydrometallurgical process to produce cathode copper of CNMC Huachin Mabende Minning S.P.R.L in 2013, respectively. Of them, the Likasi Project has been built and put into production, and has met the standards and reached production capacity in 2012. The construction of Mabende Project has been done and began commissioning test run in 2013.

Therefore, strengthening comprehensive management and giving full play to the investment benefit has become an important task for CNMCL\`s development and construction in D.R.Congo. In 2013,SMLZ boght this 1.024-square-meter office building, which is colse to the Lubumbashi Airport, enjoys convenient transport conditions and meanwhile has convenient access to the Mabende and Likasi Projects and SMLZ.
